Partial Hospitalization - Crossroads

Partial Hospitalization Program

“Crossroads” serves school-age (ages 5-18) youth who are struggling with behavioral health and substance use disorders. It provides crisis stabilization when outpatient treatment alone is insufficient or ineffective. For those youth that do not require inpatient treatment, it serves as a step-down program to provide smoother transition back into the community. Our team of professionals includes Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselors, Licensed Therapists and Registered Nurses. Family participation is strongly recommended.

Program Components:

  • Psychiatric assessment and treatment
  • Group, individual, art and family therapy
  • Psycho-education
  • Substance use education and treatment
  • Case Management
  • Jefferson County Public School - Peace Academy
  • Transportation provided if needed (Jefferson County residents)

Program Hours: Monday-Friday

Crossroads (K-5) 7:30 a.m. - 2:15 p.m. 

Crossroads (Middle and High School) 9:00 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.
