Join us at our monthly support group for survivors with mild to moderately complex acquired brain injuries. Conditions served in this group include, but are not limited to stroke, aneurysm, TBI, brain tumors, encephalopathy, anoxia, hypoxia, concussions, metabolic disorders, and seizure disorders.
The purpose of the support group is to connect individuals with acquired brain injury to other acquired brain injury survivors in the community and exchange peer support in the life-long recovery process. The group is facilitated by a Frazier NeuroRehab Program staff member to ensure all participants are included in the discussions. Topics of discussion are identified by the peer group.
The Brain Injury Survivor Support Group meets the 3rd Wednesday of every month from 5:30 to 7 p.m., with the exception of December.
December group meets the 2nd Wednesday of the month for an informal Holiday gathering 5:30 to 7 p.m.
