Partial Hospitalization - Crossroads

Partial Hospitalization Program

“Crossroads” offers intensive behavioral health treatment to school-age (ages 5-18) youth that have psychiatric and substance use difficulties that require more intensive treatment than weekly therapy or intensive outpatient. For those youth that do not require inpatient treatment, it serves as a step-down program to provide smoother transition back into the community. Our team of professionals includes Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselors, Licensed Therapists and Registered Nurses. Family participation is strongly recommended.

All Paths Include

  • Personalized treatment plan designed by a multidisciplinary team of experts including nursing and child/adolescent psychiatrists
  • Individual sessions with licensed therapists
