Travis LucasPlanting the Seeds of Hope

On April 23, 2015, Travis Lucas' life changed when he heard the words no one wants to hear: "It's cancer."

At 20 years old, Travis was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia. He and his then-girlfriend Courtney were referred to the James Graham Brown Cancer Center where they met with William Tse, MD, FACP, professor of medicine and director of Bone Marrow Transplant.

It is inside KentuckyOne Health’s Medical Center Jewish Northeast, conveniently located off Old Henry Road and the Gene Snyder Freeway at 2401 Terra Crossing Boulevard.
