Dr. Goldberg is a board-certified gynecologic oncologist and a native of Louisville. He has been a member of the attending medical staff at Jewish Hospital since moving back to Louisville in 2002 to join the downtown office of Louisville Oncology. In addition to caring for women with gynecologic malignancies, he has served as the founding medical director for the Genetic Counseling Services program of the Norton Cancer Institute for the past nine years.
Prior to his return to Louisville, Dr. Goldberg was on the faculty of the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he held the positions of director of the Division of Gynecologic Oncology, director of undergraduate medical education for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and co-director of the UIC Oncology Care Center.
In addition to his clinical interests, Dr. Goldberg is passionate about improving patient safety and health care quality.
